Update Your Outside Activities Report (OAR)
Thank you for your intention to update your Outside Activities Report (OAR)! We encourage you to update your report as soon as the status of your outside activities changes at any time throughout the year.
To access your Outside Activities Report and make any changes, simply follow this link: http://www.grad.wisc.edu/coi/disclose.html. Once on the OAR webpage, review the “Quick Start” instructions and click the “Start Here” button to access your OAR.
