  • Candidates in the Spanish program must complete a minimum of 26 credits: five 3-credit courses; 9 elective credits, including 3 credits of seminar.
  • Candidates in the Portuguese program must complete a minimum of 25 credits: 1 credit of proseminar; four 3-credit core courses; 12 elective credits; and 2 credits of seminar. Contact the department for a list of required courses and credits.
