Other Grade Requirements
Yes
Grades of B or better in all required courses; candidates must retake any required course in which a grade lower than a B was acquired (with the exception of the statistics sequence). In the statistics sequence, a grade of BC (or C) in one of the two courses may be offset by a grade of AB (or A) in the other. Incomplete grades must be resolved by the end of the next academic semester. If an incomplete is not removed within the following semester after the incomplete was given, the candidate is placed on probation. Under extraordinary circumstances, candidates may require a waiver of probation from the Ph.D. committee.
