Bio: Susan Riseling
Associate Vice Chancellor/Chief Riseling currently leads the Police Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In October of 2005, she was elected to IACP Vice President at Large. The IACP is the world’s largest police organization with over 20,000 members from over 100 countries. Currently she chairs the Civil Rights committee.
Chief Riseling is a past President of the Wisconsin Chiefs of Police Association and the first woman and first University Police Chief to hold the position. She is a past President of the National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives. In August 2003, Chief Riseling was awarded the Motorola NAWLEE (National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives) Law Enforcement Executive of the year
